 Internet Access and Zoom

If you know of a student without internet:

Spectrum is offering free service to those students for 60 days due to school closures. Installation fees will be waived to those eligible. Please have them call 1-844-488-8398.

Comcast is offering free internet service to qualifying low income families. Call 1-855-846-8376 for English and 1-855-765-6995 for Spanish.

Zoom is temporarily lifting the 40-minute time limit on free Basic accounts for schools affected by the Coronavirus. Here’s how to get access for your school. Students or teachers who fill out an online form using their school email addresses and are then verified by Zoom will have any accounts associated with that school’s domain also gain unlimited temporary meeting minutes, according to a site set up for the process overnight.
